You can order flowers for Obernai online from another country, with local preparation and delivery. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Chanoine Gyss is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Monseigneur Freppel in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details.
A flower order for a recipient at Nouvel Hôpital d'Obernai needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance. For delivery details relating to Nouvel Hôpital d'Obernai, its listed address is Avenue du Maire Gillmann 3; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
A delivery for Lycée Agricole is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Lycée général Freppel? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Établissement Public Local d’Enseignement et de Formation Professionnelle Agricoles (EPLEFPA) du Bas-Rhin, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Église Saints-Pierre-et-Paul, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Chapelle des Oliviers, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Église Protestante, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at La Cloche, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
Check whether Hôtel de ville accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
A delivery timed for a meal at La Fourchette des Ducs needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Le Gouverneur, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
