The order must be placed before 16:00 local time for same-day flowers in Saint-Avertin. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. When entering an address in La Petite Alouette, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.

If the service takes place at Prieuré Saint-Martin, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Inter-Hôtel Ambacia, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.

For a recipient whose address is in La Sagerie, keep that place name in the address you enter.
Before sending a tribute to Cimetière de Saint-Avertin, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
For a table booked at Inèle, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
Before sending flowers to École primaire privée Montez Souris, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
