You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Saint-Paulien. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You can complete payment online using your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Saint-Paulien is 16:00 local time. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one.
Before sending flowers to École élémentaire privée Saint-Joseph, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at Église Saint-Georges, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Hotel des Voyageurs, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
Check whether Mairie accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Le Cocon, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
