You do not need to be in Serres-Castet to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Serres-Castet is 16:00 local time. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. Where the delivery address includes Clos Les Paquerettes, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Carré Pau Airport Hotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. When arranging flowers for Carré Pau Airport Hotel, note its listed address, Route de Montardon 2; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Collège René Forgues, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at École Maternelle Publique? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to École Élémentaire Publique, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Église Saint-Julien, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Centre Paroissial, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to a workplace such as Mairie de Serres-Castet, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
For a recipient whose address is in Lotissement Clos Lescourre, keep that place name in the address you enter.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at L'Atelier, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
