You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Send flowers to Steenvoorde from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Georges Godin in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Émile Sampsoen are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Steenvoorde is 16:00 local time. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Collège Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Collège privé Notre-Dame de Lourdes is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to École maternelle Charles Perrault, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Église Saint-Pierre, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Chapelle Sainte-Rita, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Onze-Lieve-Vrouw van Troost, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check whether Mairie de Steenvoorde accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Auberge du Noord Meulen, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
