You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Send flowers to Strasbourg from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. You pay online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Borne du Serment de Koufra is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Monument du Général Kléber in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Order before 16:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Strasbourg. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. For someone in Koenigshoffen, use that locality name within the delivery address.
When the recipient is at Hôpital Civil, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers. Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Clinique Sainte-Anne, and address the order to the hospital itself. Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Centre Paul Strauss, using the hospital’s own address for the destination. Hôpital Civil has a listed address of Place de l'Hôpital 1; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
For a delivery to a teacher at Collège Caroline Aigle, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Gymnase Jean Sturm is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to École Du Rhin, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Chapelle Notre-Dame du Très-Saint-Rosaire, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Église orthodoxe de tous les saints de Strasbourg, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Cathedral of Our Lady are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of BOMA, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
If the recipient works at Palace of Europe, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
An address in Charmille should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
If the delivery address is Pompes Funèbres Publiques Rhénanes, confirm the exact meeting point and arrangements with the venue before ordering a tribute. A tribute addressed to Cimetière du Polygone should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Chez Yvonne, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
Before ordering for a guest at Hilton Strasbourg, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hôtel de l'Europe, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
