Send your flower order for Vaison-la-Romaine online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by Monument aux morts 1914-1918 in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Claude is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. Where the delivery address includes Le Hameau du Colombier, retain the locality when filling in the order.
If you cannot visit a guest at Hostellerie le Beffroi, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering. When addressing flowers to a guest at Hôtel Burrhus, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Check that La Fête en Provence can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. Hostellerie le Beffroi has a listed address of Rue de L'Évêché 2; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at Collège Joseph d'Arbaud? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Lycée général et technologique de Vaison-la-Romaine, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at École maternelle Jules Ferry, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Cathédrale Notre-Dame-de-Nazareth, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Cathédrale Sainte-Marie-de-l'Assomption are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Chapelle de Saint-Quenin, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When ordering for a recipient at Mairie de Vaison-la-Romaine, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
A delivery timed for a meal at Le Bateleur needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
