You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Yssingeaux. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Statue Souvenir 1914-1918 are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Statue de Saint-Pierre in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions.
If you are sending to a guest of Hôtel du Parc restaurant, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for La petite auberge, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Lycée agricole George Sand, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
When a funeral service is held at Chapelle des Pénitents, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Chapelle Saint-Martin d’Apilhac are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Chapelle Saint-Roch, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Hôtel du Cygne, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
For a patient at Centre Hospitalier Jacques Barrot, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
Address flowers for someone at Hôtel de Ville d'Yssingeaux with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Hôtel restaurant Le Bourbon, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
