The order must be placed before 14:00 local time for same-day flowers in Tsinsvla. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. If the recipient’s address is in Bartskhana, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
If the recipient is staying at Queen Tamar, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. Check with SV Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. Queen Tamar is listed at თამარ მეფეს III შესახვევი 1; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Public School #17, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Public School #18? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Salibauri Public School #2, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Church of St. John the Baptist, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Jvartamaglba Monastry, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Monastery of the Dormition of the Holy Mother of God, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for University Clinic of Innovative Medicine, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
An order for a staff member at Public Service Hall should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Benze.
A delivery timed for a meal at Argo needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
Sending to a patient at Regional Center of Infectious Pathology, AIDS and Tuberculosis named after Salih Abashidze calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
For a patient at National Center for Surgery, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
