Sending Flowers to Schools in Vanta

When several people are giving the flowers together at Akura Public School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Musical School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Vachnadziani Music School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.

Funeral and Sympathy Flowers in Vanta

If the service takes place at Akura "Mama Daviti" Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Akura Elia Tsinastsarmetkveli, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at St. George Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Vanta

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

If you are sending to a guest of Tsinandali Estate, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

When ordering for a recipient at Vachnadziani Town Hall, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
