Same Day Delivery
A florist in Darmstadt handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Alice-Denkmal is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Bismarck-Statue are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. For someone in Alt-Bessungen, use that locality name within the delivery address. In Germany’s postal address format, the postcode has five digits and comes before the town name; copy both from the recipient’s address and keep the street and building number with the delivery details. The localities of Darmstadt include Arheilgen, Eberstadt, Wixhausen and Kranichstein; when the recipient uses one of these locality names, retain it as part of the destination rather than reducing their address to the main city name alone.
A flower order for a recipient at Alice-Hospital needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance. Dieburger Straße 31 is the listed address of Alice-Hospital; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
When addressing flowers to a guest at IntercityHotel Darmstadt, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Check with Moxy before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. Check that PLAZA Premium Darmstadt can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. The listed address for IntercityHotel Darmstadt is Poststraße 12; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Edith-Stein-Schule, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Astrid-Lindgren-Schule? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Gutenbergschule, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order addressed to Hessisches Staatsarchiv Darmstadt should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
An address in Johannesviertel should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
Confirm the delivery point and handover arrangements with Kahrhof before using it as the address for a funeral tribute. Before sending a tribute to Friedhof Arheilgen, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
