Same Day Delivery
Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Hildesheim. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Skulptur des Wortes is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as ehem. Kaiser-Wilhelm-Denkmal are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. Address details for Sorsum should include the locality, street, number and postcode. For a delivery address in Germany, the postcode has five digits and comes before the town name; copy both from the recipient’s address and keep the street and building number with the delivery details. The localities of Hildesheim include Achtum-Uppen, Bavenstedt, Einum and Himmelsthür; when the recipient uses one of these locality names, retain it as part of the destination rather than reducing their address to the main city name alone.
Check with the ward at St. Bernward Krankenhaus before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery. Sending to a patient at AMEOS Klinikum calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order. The location listed for St. Bernward Krankenhaus is Treibestraße 9; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
For a guest at Van der Valk Hotel Hildesheim, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. If you are sending to a guest of Novotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. If the recipient is staying at Parkhotel Berghölzchen, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. Van der Valk Hotel Hildesheim is listed at Markt 4; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Andreanum, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Herman-Nohl-Schule, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Goethegymnasium is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order for a staff member at Landkreis Hildesheim / Kreishaus should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
If flowers are going to Johannisfriedhof, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Altstadt-Dionysos, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
