Arrange a flower delivery in Lübeck online, even when you are ordering from another country. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. You can complete payment online using your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Friedrich Lichtenfeld are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Minna Blumenthal geb. Wagner in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Same-day orders for Lübeck close at 15:00 local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Brandenbaum. In a complete German address, the postcode has five digits and comes before the town name; copy both from the recipient’s address and keep the street and building number with the delivery details. Lübeck includes localities such as Travemünde, Kücknitz, Moisling and Schlutup; when the recipient uses one of these locality names, retain it as part of the destination rather than reducing their address to the main city name alone.
When the recipient is at Facharztklinik Lübeck, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers. The address given for Facharztklinik Lübeck is Parade 3; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Check that Radisson Blu Senator Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. If you are sending to a guest of H+HOTEL Lübeck, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. If the recipient is staying at Park Inn, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. The street address listed for Radisson Blu Senator Hotel is Willy-Brandt-Allee 6; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Carl-Jacob-Burckhardt-Gymnasium, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Thomas-Mann-Schule, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Luther Schule, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to someone at Kurbetrieb Travemünde, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
When the destination is in Marli, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Confirm the delivery point and handover arrangements with schäfer&co before using it as the address for a funeral tribute. For a tribute intended for Friedhof St. Andreas, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
A delivery timed for a meal at Lili Marleen needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
