A florist in Schongau handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. If the recipient’s address is in Forchet or Lechvorstadt, keep that locality in the full delivery address. For the German postal line, the postcode has five digits and comes before the town name; copy both from the recipient’s address and keep the street and building number with the delivery details.
When the recipient is at SOGESUND | Medizinisches Zentrum Schongau, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers. SOGESUND | Medizinisches Zentrum Schongau has a listed address of Marie-Eberth-Straße 6; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Hotel Rössle, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Christophstraße 49 is the listed address of Hotel Rössle; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
In Germany, on 14 February, Valentine's Day (Valentinstag) is celebrated, with red roses and mixed bouquets associated with the occasion. The celebration of Mother's Day (Muttertag) falls on the second Sunday of May, with flowers among the gifts associated with the occasion. Christmas (Weihnachten) is marked on 24 and 25 December, with table arrangements, amaryllis and poinsettias associated with the occasion. Sunday of the Dead (Totensonntag) takes place on the last Sunday before Advent, with flowers used to mark remembrance at graves. Across Germany, red roses can carry a romantic meaning; when choosing flowers for a friend, colleague or host, consider the message you want the gift to convey and use the personal card to make the occasion clear.
Among German customs, a funeral wreath or arrangement may carry a Schleife, a printed ribbon naming the mourner; if you want a ribbon, specify the requested wording when discussing the tribute, including the names of those sending it. As a guide to the choice of flowers, chrysanthemums, white lilies and white roses are customary choices for funeral flowers; use the occasion and the family’s preferences to guide the choice of tribute, and check the selected product for the flowers it includes. For the choice of flowers, a Grabgesteck may be placed on a grave for Totensonntag and, in Catholic states, for Allerheiligen; for a tribute intended for a grave, ask the cemetery about the precise location and its arrangements for accepting flowers.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order for a staff member at Finanzamt Weilheim-Schongau should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Lagerhaus, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
