Flower Delivery in Ilioúpoli — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Ilioúpoli

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

Check whether Court of Audit accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.

How should I include the locality in the address?

When the destination is in Kaminia, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.

What should I check before sending a funeral tribute?

Before ordering a tribute for delivery to eurocoff, ask the venue to confirm the address and handover arrangements. If flowers are going to First Cemetery of Athens, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

For a table booked at Hytra, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and preserved roses, subject to the availability of your chosen product.

What should I check before sending flowers to a school?

Before sending flowers to Greek Dance school of Dora Stratou, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
