Flower Delivery in Kavála — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Kavála

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

For a guest at Philoxenia, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.

What should I check before sending flowers to a hospital?

For a recipient at Kavala Hospital, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.

How should I include the locality in the address?

If the destination is in Kalamitsa, retain the locality name as part of the full address.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

For a table booked at Balaouro, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and preserved roses; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
