Flower Delivery in Koroni — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Koroni

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

A flower order for someone staying at Hotel Diana should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

For a table booked at Foumaristis Taverna, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.

What else can I send besides flowers?

Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and preserved roses. Check availability for the product you choose.
