For a recipient in Ilulissat, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Jørgen Brønlund in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.
Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. When entering an address in Inissiaqarfik Nammaarfik, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Check with Best Western Plus Hotel Ilulissat before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hvide Falk, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. For flowers addressed to a guest at Hotel Arctic, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. You will find Best Western Plus Hotel Ilulissat listed at Kaaleeraq Poulsenip Aqq. 4;6; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Atuarfik Jørgen Brønlund is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Inuunerup Nutaap Oqaluffia Ilulissat, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Zion's Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a recipient at Avannaata Kommunia, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Inuit Café, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
