Same Day Delivery
A florist in Quetzaltenango handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Arco del Sexto Estado de los Altos in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Benito Juárez are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. For a recipient whose address is in Centro Histórico, keep that place name in the address you enter.
A flower order for a recipient at Centro de Salud needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance. Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Hospital Materno Infantil LA FLORESTA, and address the order to the hospital itself. Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Hospital Medicentro, using the hospital’s own address for the destination. The address given for Centro de Salud is Avenida Las Americas 6; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Sending to Kasa Kiwi Hostel & Travel Agency? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Casa Elizabeth, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. Check that Acanthus Boutique Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. The address for Kasa Kiwi Hostel & Travel Agency is given as 9a Avenida Zona 1 8-38; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
If the service takes place at Quetzaltenango Guatemala Temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Iglesia Presbiteriana Emanuel are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Iglesia San Nicolás, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at División de Seguridad Turística, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
In practice, include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Zona 6.
For a tribute addressed to Capillas Señoriales, check the delivery arrangements and precise meeting point with the venue first.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Pizza Hut, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
Before sending flowers to Iglesia de Jesucristo de Los Santos de los Últimos Días, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
A delivery for La Iglesia de Jesucristo de los Santos de los Últimos Días is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a delivery to a teacher at Spanish Tutors Online, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
