For delivery on the same day in San Pedro La Laguna, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. If the recipient’s address is in Xecal, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Casa Lobo Bungalows, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. If you are sending to a guest of Hotel Sak'cari, El Amanecer, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. A flower order for someone staying at Mikaso should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. The street address listed for Casa Lobo Bungalows is 6a Avenida; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to San Pedro Lake Atitlan Spanish School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Cooperativa Spanish School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at EORM Chacayá, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Flowers for a service at Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Emmanuel C.A., the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Iglesia Bautista, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a patient at Centro de Salud, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
If the recipient works at Municipalidad de San Pedro La Laguna, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
Before ordering a tribute for delivery to Funeraria San José, ask the venue to confirm the address and handover arrangements.
For a table booked at Marley's Place;Big Burger - Flor Del Cafe, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
