Flower Delivery in Jacmel — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Jacmel

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

For a recipient at Ministere a la Condition Femininne, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.

How should I include the locality in the address?

If the recipient’s address is in Portail Leogane, keep that locality in the full delivery address.

What should I check before sending a funeral tribute?

For a tribute addressed to Chapelle Funeraille l'Ange de la Gosseline, check the delivery arrangements and precise meeting point with the venue first.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

For a table booked at ballade, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.

What else can I send besides flowers?

Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.

What should I check before sending flowers to a school?

For a delivery to a teacher at Ecole Centre Culturel Moliere Chandler, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
