Same Day Delivery
A florist in Les Cayes handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as 12 Janvier 2010 are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Assortor is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Les Cayes is 15:00. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. When the destination is in Carrefour Boyer, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
If the recipient is staying at Hotel du progès, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Lecasa Delamor Hotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Centre Communautaire Chretien Jeovah Jire, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Ecole Communautaire? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Ecole Mains Ouvertes, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When a funeral service is held at 2e Eglise De Dieu des Cayes, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Eglise Evangélique Béthanie Des Cayes are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Eglise Methodiste D'Haiti, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Bon Bach Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
Check with the ward at Sanatorium before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
Address flowers for someone at COUD Les Cayes with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
For an address in Carrefour Thomas, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Past time restaurant, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
