You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Hacienda Grande. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Stela 5 in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Stela 6 is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order.
Sending to Marina Copan? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. A flower order for someone staying at Via Via should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Before sending flowers to ESCUELA, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Ixbalanque Spanish school is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at KINDER, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Flowers for a service at IGLESIA are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at IGLESIA CATOLICA, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Iglesia Evangelica, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Brisas de Copán, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Típico La Pintada, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
