For a recipient in Trujillo, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

To order flowers for same-day delivery in Trujillo, use the destination’s 14:00 local cutoff. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. Address details for Aguán should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hotel Casa Alemania, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Before ordering for a guest at Hotel Long Beach, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Escuela Jairo Ayala, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Escuela La Milagrosa, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Escuela Rafael Pineda Ponce, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Catedral San Juan Bautista, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Iglesia San Martín de Porres, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Iglesia de Guadalupe Carney, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Christopher Columbus Beach & Resort can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
For someone working at Alcaldía Municipal de Trujillo, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
When the destination is in Brisas del Mar, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Comedor Jireth y Sarita, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
