Same Day Delivery
A flower order for Discovery Bay can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Order before 14:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Discovery Bay. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Tai Shui Hang.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Auberge Discovery Bay Hong Kong, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. When arranging flowers for Auberge Discovery Bay Hong Kong, note its listed address, 海澄路 Siena Avenue 88; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Discovery Bay International School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Discovery College is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at SKH Wei Lun Primary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
Flowers for a service at Discovery Bay Alliance Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at HKSKH Church of the Incarnation, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at HKSKH Discovery Bay Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at DBrasserie, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
