For a recipient in Hung Hom, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You can complete payment online using your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Former Marine Police Headquarters Compound are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Monument in Commemoration of the Return of Hong Kong to China is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. When the destination is in Hok Yuen, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Before sending to Hong Kong Buddhist Hospital, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address. Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Hong Kong Children's Hospital, using the hospital’s own address for the destination. Sending to a patient at Tang Shiu Kin Hospital calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order. The location listed for Hong Kong Buddhist Hospital is 杏林街 Heng Lam Street 10; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Check that Conrad Hong Kong can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hilton Garden Inn Hong Kong Mongkok, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. For flowers addressed to a guest at Pottinger Hong Kong, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. The address given for Conrad Hong Kong is 金鐘道 Queensway 88; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a service at Wong Tai Sin Temple, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Hong Kong China Temple, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Saint Teresa's Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For an address in Mid-Levels Central, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Confirm the delivery point and handover arrangements with Hong Kong Funeral Home before using it as the address for a funeral tribute. For a tribute intended for Hong Kong Cemetery, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Aquadeli, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
Sending flowers to someone at Caritas Mother Teresa School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
A delivery for Island School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Quarry Bay School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
