A flower order for Kalimpong can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
To order flowers for same-day delivery in Kalimpong, use the destination’s 14:00 local cutoff. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. If the destination is in Teesta Bazaar, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
A delivery for Gandhi Ashram School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Dr grahams historical school, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Gandhi Ashram, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When a funeral service is held at 8 stupas, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Free church of India, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Hanumanji Temple, Delo, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Mayfair Himalayan Spa Resort Kalimpong, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
When ordering for a recipient at Pedong Military Station, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Buddha Pāda Dining Hall, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
