You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Maharajganj. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details.
If the recipient is staying at HOTEL LALLI, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
When a funeral service is held at BADI DURGA MANDIR, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at KAALI MATA MANDIR, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at RAMESHWAR DHAM, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at HOTEL ADITYA PALACE should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
An order addressed to Civil court should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
For a table booked at chandan misthan bhandar, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
