For delivery on the same day in Balegondo, the order needs to be placed before 14:30 local time. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Homestay Syariah Al-Mustaqim, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Sending to RedDoorz near Alun-Alun Magetan? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
Flowers for a service at BAITUL ANWAR are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Gereja Regina Pacis Magetan, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Masjid Al Fath, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Hotel Imelda before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
If you are sending flowers to someone at RSUD Magetan, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Imelda Resto & Cafe, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
