When several people are giving the flowers together at MTSN Paron, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Flower Delivery in Beran — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Beran

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

A flower order for someone staying at Hotel Asri should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

For someone working at Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Ngawi, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.

How should I include the locality in the address?

If the destination is in Wareng, retain the locality name as part of the full address.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

A delivery timed for a meal at Rumah makan Hj. Maimun needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
