Before ordering for a guest at The Excelton Hotel, Palembang, Indonesia., ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. For a service at Balai Pribadatan Kwanahking, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

When the recipient is at RS MMC Musi Medika Cendikia, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
