You do not need to be in Payangan to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You pay online in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Planning a same-day delivery in Payangan? The ordering deadline is 14:30 local time. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for COMO Shambhala Estate, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Sending to Nandini Jungle Resort and Spa? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
For a service at Chinese Tempel, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Matahari bli Thude are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Pura, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Alila Ubud, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Edery Cafe, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
