Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Pulonas is 14:30 local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable.
If the recipient is staying at Lawe Marmas Hotel, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. Sending to Sartika? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
For a delivery to a teacher at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Kutacane, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at SMA Negeri 1 Kutacane, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at SMA Negeri 1 Lawe Bulan? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
When a funeral service is held at Masjid Al Badar, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Masjid Nurul Uman, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Mosque Taqwa are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Bru Dihe Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
Before placing a workplace order for Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
A delivery timed for a meal at Bundo Kaduan Nasional needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
