Fresh blooms delivered to over 120+ countries.
Same Day Delivery
You can order flowers for Rimba Asam online from another country, with local preparation and delivery. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Same-day orders for Rimba Asam close at 14:30 local time. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. If the recipient’s address is in Betung, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
If the recipient is staying at Penginapan Wisma Kenanga, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. When arranging flowers for Penginapan Wisma Kenanga, note its listed address, Jl. Lintas Jambi - Palembang 26; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Address flowers for someone at Kantor Camat Betung with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
