You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Sedati Agung. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Monumen Pahlawan is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Monumen Pesawat are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Gedangan.
Use the hospital’s full address for Rumah Sakit Usada, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.
For a guest at Keluarga, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. Before ordering for a guest at Kokonut Guest House, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
Flowers for a service at G.B.T Kristus Pengasih are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Masjid Al Hikmah, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Masjid At Tabiin, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Hotel Sofia Juanda should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Puskesmas Gedangan, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
For flowers addressed to someone at Bapas Kelas I Surabaya, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
For a table booked at Solaria, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
When several people are giving the flowers together at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Sedati, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
