Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

The order must be placed before 14:30 local time for same-day flowers in Sertajaya. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Jababeka.
For a patient at RS Permata Keluarga, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination. Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for RS Permata Keluarga Jababeka, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
A delivery for SMP Negeri 2 Cikarang Selatan is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Sekolah Islam Annida, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Charis Global School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at Masjid Al Muhajirin are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Masjid Asy-Shifa, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Masjid Darussalam, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Harper Cikarang, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Use the hospital’s full address for RS Mitra Keluarga, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Solaria, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
Check with Ibis Styles before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
