Send your flower order for Surabaya online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by Heroes Monument in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Monumen Jalesveva Jayamahe are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Same-day orders for Surabaya close at 14:30 local time. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. For an address in Bamboo Lakes, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
If you are sending to a guest of Hotel Majapahit, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. If the recipient is staying at Vasa Suite Surabaya, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. Hotel Majapahit has a listed address of Jalan Tunjungan 65; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to SD-SMA Surabaya Intercultural School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Surabaya European School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at SMP Kristen Petra 2 Surabaya? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Church of the Birth of Our Lady, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to a workplace such as Balai Pertemuan RW IV, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
For a recipient whose address is in De Rosenburg, keep that place name in the address you enter.
Before sending a tribute to Ereveld Kembang Kuning, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
A delivery timed for a meal at Bakwan Dempo Asli needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
