Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Talisayan

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

If you are sending to a guest of Talisayan, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

An order addressed to Desa SP3 Talisayan should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
