Send your flower order for Trompo online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Place a same-day order for Trompo by the local cutoff of 14:30. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. When the destination is in Perumahan Taman Puri Plantaran, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
When a funeral service is held at Mushola Baitul Huda, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Mushola Baitul Ihsan, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Mushola Baitussyakirin, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
