Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. 1798 Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Woodenbridge World War One Memorial in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Flower Delivery in Avoca — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Avoca

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

Check with Woodenbridge Hotel & Lodge before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

For a table booked at Giovanni's Take-Away, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
