Send your flower order for Cratloe online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Sailors Haggard is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order.
If the recipient is staying at Bunratty Manor Hotel, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. A flower order for someone staying at Bunratty Castle Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
For a delivery to a teacher at St. John's National School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Church of St. John, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at The Little Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Saint John's Well, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Radisson BLU Hotel & Spa, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Cozy Cottage Cafe, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
