For same-day flower delivery in Kiryat arba, place your order before 17:00 local time. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. If the recipient’s address is in Giv'at Gal, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Or Menachem Yeshiva, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Hevron Midrasha, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Hevron School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When a funeral service is held at Machon Le`Rabanei Yeshuvim, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Magen Avot Synagogue (Maroccan), ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Ohel Ya'akov are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order addressed to Kiryat Arba Townhall should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
In practice, include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Giv'at HaAvot.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at HaTabun, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
