You do not need to be in Maale Yosef to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Givat Harabatim are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Esh Sheikh Abu Halyun in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. When entering an address in Dado, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Sending flowers to someone at Be'er Haim School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Netiv Meir School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Ort High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Maalot Yakov Herzog Yeshiva, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Central Synagogue, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Saint Mary's Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Shir Lammalot Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
Before sending to a workplace such as Maalot Town Hall, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in HaRishonim.
For a table booked at La Forno, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
