Flower Delivery in Half Way Tree

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

Address flowers for someone at Jamaica House / Office of the Prime MInister with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.

For a recipient whose address is in Cross Roads, keep that place name in the address you enter.

If the delivery address is Simpson's Funeral Home, confirm the exact meeting point and arrangements with the venue before ordering a tribute.

For a table booked at South Avenue Grill, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.

The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.

Before sending flowers to The Queens School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.

For a delivery to a teacher at Greenwich All Age School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.

A delivery for Mona High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
