Send your flower order for Norbrook online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Payment is taken online in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. When the destination is in Constant Spring, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
A flower order for someone staying at Christar Villas should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Kingston Go876, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Check with Medallion Hall Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. The address given for Christar Villas is Hope Road 99A; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for The Queens School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at The Priory High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Calabar High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
When a funeral service is held at Bethel Baptist Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Jamaica Baptist Union Centre are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Providence Methodist Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with the ward at Winchester Medical before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Jamaica House / Office of the Prime MInister, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Half Way Tree.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at South Avenue Grill, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
