Arrange a flower delivery in Arita online, even when you are ordering from another country. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Same-day orders for Arita close at 12:00 local time. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. Address details for Babacho 1-chome should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Sending to Hotel Kojima? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. Before ordering for a guest at Izumi Ryokan, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
For a service at Itoga Inari-jinjya Shrine, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Kunitsu-jinja Shrine, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Azumaya should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
If you are sending flowers to someone at Sakuragaoka Hospital, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
When ordering for a recipient at Kainan City Shimotsu Administration Office, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
If the destination is in Babacho 2-chome, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at mango cafe, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
