Arrange a flower delivery in Fukuoka online, even when you are ordering from another country. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Kuma'go Airplane (Lockheed L-14) Victims Cenotaph are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
For same-day flower delivery in Fukuoka, place your order before 12:00 local time. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Befudanchi.
A flower order for a recipient at SEASIDE HOSPITAL needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance. Sending to a patient at Fukuoka Red Cross Hospital calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
Before sending flowers to Fukuoka Daiichi High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Chikushi Jogakuen Junior and Senior Highschool, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Sophia Fukuoka Junior and Senior High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
When a funeral service is held at Fukuoka Japan Temple, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Tōchō Temple are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Gokoku shrine, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Grand Hyatt Fukuoka, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
When the recipient is at Kyushu University Hospital, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Fukuoka City Hall, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
For an address in Gionmachi, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Hakata Ikkousha, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
You can also browse plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
A flower order for someone staying at KKR Hotel Hakata should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Hotel Nikko Fukuoka, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
