You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Arrange a flower delivery in Goto online, even when you are ordering from another country. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. For a recipient whose address is in Kamiozucho, keep that place name in the address you enter.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at HOTEL DOWNTOWN, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
When entering an address in Kishikumachi-Tosennoura, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
The listed gift categories include plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
