You do not need to be in Haebaru to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Teruya-ishijishi (B) Stone Lion in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Haebaru is 12:00 local time. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. When entering an address in Arakawa, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If you are sending flowers to someone at Okinawa Prefecture Seiwa Hospital, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address. For a patient at Phoenix Hakuai Hospital, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination. When arranging flowers for Okinawa Prefecture Seiwa Hospital, note its listed address, 字新川260; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Before sending flowers to Kaiho Junior & Senior High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Okinawa Prefecture Okinawa School for the Blind, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Haebaru Town Tsukayama Elementary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
When a funeral service is held at Teruya Noro Dunchi, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order for a staff member at Haebaru Town Office should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
Where the delivery address includes Kanegusuku, retain the locality when filling in the order.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Capricciosa, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
