For a recipient in Urasoe, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Hacksaw ridge (Maeda ridge) in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Eulogy on Iha Fuyu: Father of Tamoro and Study of Okinawa are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

For delivery on the same day in Urasoe, the order needs to be placed before 12:00 local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. If the destination is in Iso 3-chome, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Sending to a patient at Dojin Hospital calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order. Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Hirayasu Hospital, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
Sending flowers to someone at Okinawa Prefecture Naha Industrial High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Okinawa Prefecture Urasoe Industrial High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Urasoe City Nakanishi Junior High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Iso Shrine, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at HOTEL Ala COOJU Okinawa, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
For a recipient at Minei Rehabilitation Hospital, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
For flowers addressed to someone at Urasoe City Office, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
When the destination is in Jittyaku 3-chome, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Gusto, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
